How is Carbon Stored in a Dairy Farm?

Carbon is stored in animals and plants in a Dairy Farm. When animals eat grass on the field the carbohydrates and the proteins from the plant are stored in the animals body as glucose. Glucose contains carbon atoms. After animals die from diseases they are buried under the soil. They are then broken down by decomposers such as bacteria and fungi. After the animal body has been completely broken down, they are stored under the soil for millions of years under pressure and heat from the earths crust.
